Cleaning teams are comprised of two members.​

Our team must come out and assess the interior condition of the home or building to provide an exact price for service.

Our minimum rate is $130 for routine/ recurring cleaning services and $190 minimum for all other services.

An initial cleaning is required to set up recurring service.

After the initial cleaning, two or three routine cleanings are needed to establish the recurring service cleaning rate.

If pet(s) live in the home, there is an additional $30 fee.

There is an additional $25 fee for each item included as a Specialized Cleaning Service.
